oh my goodness it has been a looong time tumblr.

i recently started studying at the university of sydney and its just been really flat out but interesting and i’ve just been hanging with friends a lot and oh my i hope you, my dear reader, are doing well!

I don’t know if its just me that gets this but when I read a novel I get so attached to the protagonist. Not in an affectionate way (although sometimes, yes) but rather just this connection I feel. Currently I’m reading The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle by Murakami and I feel so drained every time I read it. Not that I find it a bad read, but rather the character is so lost and empty and I can’t help but feel the same way and so it’s hard for me to finish it or read it for long periods of time….
